Twice a week DoY will hold meetings. This may seem like a lot at first, but we do it for a couple of reasons:
1) To ensure a tight knit legion.
2) It allows people who aren't in the same level range to interact.
3) Some people schedule's only will only allow them to attend one meeting or the other.
The "official" or more business like meeting will be held on Sundays at 8pm EST in the Tempest Shipyard in Sanctum.
The "informal" meeting, aka Tavern Night will be held on Wednesday (subject to change) 8pm EST at the Dionysia Tavern. This meeting will be much more focused on RPing, chatting, etc. Although at the start of it, one of the Councilors will have a short message.
As you may remember from the Code of Conduct, you must attend AT LEAST one meeting a month. We all know schedules are crazy, but one a month out of 8 or so meetings, isn't a lot to ask! If the meeting times do not work for you, please talk to a Councilor and we will figure something out! Also, for the Sunday meetings...If you are not in an instance, you should know you are expected to attend.
